Territory Manager – Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi and Florida

Responsible for maintaining existing business and developing new business. Educate and support outside and inside personnel. Educate and support the end user with running parameters of tools along with providing cost savings options. Travel to existing and potential new accounts. Provide expertise on how to be more productive in manufacturing facilities. Reports to inside management.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Maintain existing business relationships
  • Follow up on new sales leads

  • Education of product selection
  • Identify issues and proactively communicate with the National Sales Manager

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong sense of urgency; flexibility in meeting deadlines
  • Attention to detail and committed to managing problems through resolution
  • Being adept with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel and Outlook are necessary
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work expense
  • Experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems a plus

Shipping & Receiving Team Lead

Responsibilities: The purpose of the Shipping and Receiving Team Lead is to ensure client expectations are met by shipping products per company approved procedures and receiving materials and other items in a timely and accurate fashion. The Team Lead is responsible for coaching and assisting team members, maintaining company standards, and ensuring maximum efficiency in the department.

Duties and essential job functions:
  • Accurately manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
  • Ensure all shipping and receiving data into company database is entered in a timely fashion and accurately.
  • Promptly and efficiently unload trucks and deliveries and sort and stock receivables.
  • Collaborate and communicate shipping and/or receiving issues with customer service representatives, production leadership, purchasing and accounting to ensure product delivery timelines are met.
  • Coach, motivate, and assist team members to ensure cohesiveness and efficiency in the department.
  • Develops processes and procedures for the department.
  • Provide performance feedback to the Inventory Manager and participate in performance management discussions.
  • Ensure the shipping and receiving workspaces are clean and neat to ensure safety protocols are being followed and shipping and receiving workflows are followed.
  • Efficiently and accurately execute the inventory transaction process from customer order entry to delivery to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Ensure inventory counts and spot counts are accurate.
  • Provide additional support for inventory projects.
  • Promptly respond to shipping and receiving inquiries and offer first-call resolution and/or alternatives.
  • Create positive and lasting impression for our staff and customers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate pick-up of materials and supplies in the local area.
  • Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude.
  • Proactively anticipate problems and initiate solutions before they become major issues.
  • Follow all company safety protocol to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Attend and actively participate in training classes and safety sessions.
  • Maintain a clean environment in assigned workstation.
  • Assist other production coordinators, as necessary.
  • All other assignments assigned by Inventory Manager.

Inventory Specialist

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for ensuring cost-effective inventory levels so that production meets customer expectations.

Responsibilities:
Inventory Responsibilities:
  • Create production jobs for specials to determine if we need stock, bill of materials, or substitutions.
  • Process the job with collaboration with purchasing, customer service and production.
  • Utilize the material forecaster to determine if reordering is required.
  • Build stock jobs for standard production.
  • Participate in physical counts.
  • Operate automated storage equipment to ensure proper holding of finished goods.
  • Ensure proper inventory for different product lines, families, and revisions.
  • In conjunction with the materials forecast, make sound purchasing decisions related to the best pricing/quantity.
Purchasing Responsibilities:
  • Create a monthly invoice based on previous month’s consignment usage for distributors.
  • Ensure physical counts are being completed by the vendor and make recommendation on stock level changes at the distributors./li>
  • Assist with getting new product launched and inventoried.
  • Complete standard shipping and receiving duties when needed and/or assigned.
